Precision Hydraulic Fittings & Adapters

Engineered for high-pressure fluid systems across the UAE. We supply carbon steel and 316 stainless steel thread adapters, BSP, NPT, JIC 37-degree, and ORFS configurations tested for surge prevention.

Four Core Fitting Configurations

Each series is manufactured from impulse-tested carbon steel or stainless steel, designed for zero-leak seal retention under harsh Gulf operating conditions.

Crimp & Interlocking Ferrules

Reusable Field Fittings

Hydraulic Pipe Adapters

Flange & ORFS Connections

One-piece crimp collars and multi-spiral ferrule designs engineered to withstand working pressures up to 420 bar without collar slippage or seal degradation.

Threaded two-piece fittings allowing rapid emergency hose replacement on remote job sites without requiring hydraulic crimping machinery.

Male and female conversion adapters for BSPP, BSPT, NPT, and metric threads, enabling seamless inter-standard machinery plumbing.

Code 61 and Code 62 SAE flanges alongside O-ring face seal fittings for extreme impulse and vibration resistance on heavy machinery.

Four Steps to Identify Threads

Determine Male or Female

Measure Thread Diameter

Verify Thread Pitch

Confirm Sealing Angle

Examine thread position and seating surface. Identify whether sealing occurs on an inverted cone, flat face O-ring, or tapered thread flank.

Use a digital caliper to record exact outside diameter for male threads or inside diameter for female fittings down to tenths of a millimeter.

Engage a pitch gauge against the threads to confirm pitch in threads per inch for NPT/BSP or millimeter distance for metric standards.

Gauge seat angle using a seat gauge to distinguish between 30-degree BSP, 37-degree JIC flare, and 45-degree SAE cone seats.

Unsure of Your Thread Spec?

Upload a photograph of your worn fitting or technical measurements. Our Dubai engineering workshop will verify exact thread pitch and dispatch replacement assemblies.
